John Henley
John qualified as a solicitor, before founding THI plc. As its CEO, John grew THI plc into the largest leisure developer in Europe. During his tenure, John developed more than two million square feet of real estate throughout the UK and Europe.
John has deep experience in all aspects of real estate development.

Chris Henley
Chris joined Goldman Sachs at the age of 18, likely making him the youngest employee globally at the firm. After university, in 2015 Chris decided to combine his interests in finance and real estate by launching his own real estate development business.
Since September 2020, Chris has been a member of the Governing Body of Coombe Boys’ School. Since 2023, he has served as the Chair of the Governing Body.
