John Henley
John qualified as a solicitor, before founding THI plc. As its CEO, John grew THI plc into the largest leisure developer in Europe. During his tenure, John developed more than two million square feet of real estate throughout the UK and Europe.
John has unrivalled experience in all aspects of real estate development, and this experience has been vital to the success of Henley Real Estate.

Chris Henley
Chris joined Goldman Sachs at the age of 18, likely making him the youngest employee globally at the firm. After university, in 2015 Chris decided to combine his interests in finance and real estate by launching his own real estate development business.
Since September 2020, Chris has been a member of the Governing Body of two secondary schools in his local area - Coombe Boys’ School & Coombe Girls’ School.

CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR
Denis O'Neill
Denis has spent 40 years in the construction industry with experience of senior positions with major contractors Mowlem and Wates, but also with developer THI, where he was Construction Director. As a contractor, he has been involved in many major projects including Theatres, Shopping Centres, Apartment blocks, Leisure and Hotels.
At THI, he was responsible for overseeing the construction of Leisure Parks throughout Europe totalling 2 million square feet.
